All customers have the right to exchange the goods. All complaints should be submitted to our customer service consultant.
All items that are returned or subject to reclamation should not show signs of use and should have original labels.
Replacement is possible in two cases:
– received goods do not match the order
– received goods have factory defects
Damage resulting from improper use and care cannot be the subject of complaint.
Kis Company covers the replacement cost in case the delivered goods do not match the order.
